Ultimate Detox Bath Soak

Add the following ingredients as you run your bath and swish around. Soak for a minimum of 15 minutes.

  • 2 cups Epsom salts
  • 0.5 cups organic, raw apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup baking soda/bicarbonate of soda/sodium bicarbonate

TIP: For added detox power, add essential oils of fennel and juniper. For a great night’s sleep, also use lavender.
N.B: For an adult bath, add no more than 10 drops in total. For ill, elderly or children below the age of 10, add no more than a total of 5 drops. Mix all ingredients together and pour into bath.
N.B: Epsom salts are not recommended for diabetics or those with hypertension (high blood pressure).
