- 1 cup soaked brazil/almond nuts (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 3 cups filtered water
- 2 dates/ 1 drop liquid stevia
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla essence
- 1 cup chia seeds (2-3tbsp per serving)
- Blend soaked nuts and water together, then strain using a nut mylk bag or VERY fine sieve
- Put back into blender, with 2 dates (or 1 drop Stevia), the cinnamon and vanilla.
- Leave for 5-10 minutes for the chia to swell.
