Flavia’s Chia Breakfast Pudding

  • 1 cup soaked brazil/almond nuts (soaked for at least 4 hours)
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 2 dates/ 1 drop liquid stevia
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla essence
  • 1 cup chia seeds (2-3tbsp per serving)


  1. Blend soaked nuts and water together, then strain using a nut mylk bag or VERY fine sieve
  2. Put back into blender, with 2 dates (or 1 drop Stevia), the cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Leave for 5-10 minutes for the chia to swell.
